Hosea stresses the importance of keeping off the radar, and Parsons mentions the need for daily food. Dutch calls everyone over upon your arrival, and he let's everyone know they have to contribute to the camp by getting legitimate jobs. You arrive at the camp with everybody already there, and the entire place already set up. You continue on the carriage, talking at length about Charles' past, Hosea's skepticism of Dutch, a small glimpse into a possible conflict between John and Arthur, and a bit of insight into the nearby town of the new camp. Not wanting to test your luck, Hosea suggests you leave as soon as possible. When you're done, the three of you notice three American Indians above on a cliff. After crossing a stream, the wheel brakes and it's up to you to fix it while Hosea and Charles Smith help. The cinematic ends when the camera pans to you driving a carriage with Hosea sat next to you. Dutch tells Micah Bell and Lenny Summers to go scout ahead. Everyone packs up and heads out, and it cuts to a beautiful cinematic of the snowy landscape as it follows the gang's journey into warmer lands. Pick up Javier when entering Horseshoe OverlookĪfter returning from the Who the Hell is Leviticus Cornwall? mission, Arthur Morgan (you) asks Dutch Van Der Linde what the plan is, and Hosea Matthews mention going to a place called Horseshoe Outlook, just outside of Valentine.With renewed strength and the weather finally stable, the gang ride down from the mountains to set up camp at Horseshoe Overlook. Completing Story Missions opens up Stranger Missions as well as additional content throughout the game. This is one of the "Main Quests" of the game and players must complete it to advance the Story. Eastward Bound is a Story Mission in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2).
